Representative Projects
Ridgewood View Park Reservoir and Pump Station
Liberty Electric supported TVWD’s Ridgewood View Park Reservoir and Pump Station project by delivering the electrical, controls, and system integration required for a major municipal water infrastructure upgrade. The work included power distribution, equipment connections, instrumentation support, valve and pump system integration, and coordination with essential water utility components. The facility plays a central role in public water storage and pumping operations, making reliability, safety, and code compliance top priorities throughout construction.
- Installed electrical distribution equipment, conduit systems, feeders, grounding, and associated raceways for reservoir and pump station facilities.
- Provided wiring and connections for water utility systems including valves, hydrants, and water service equipment per TVWD and AWWA standards.
- Supported general and process piping systems with power and control infrastructure, including buried and exposed pipe installations, pressure testing, and system tie-ins.
- Delivered power and controls to mechanical systems including cranes, hoists, and appurtenances used for maintenance and operations.
- Provided electrical integration for vertical turbine pump systems including motors, controls, and instrumentation interfaces.
- Installed power, controls, and supporting infrastructure for chemical metering systems used in water treatment processes.
- Coordinated extensively with civil, mechanical, and process contractors to maintain continuous utility function and meet public agency standards.
Tacoma Link Operations and Maintenance Facility (OMF)
Liberty Electric delivered the full electrical and low voltage systems for Sound Transit’s Tacoma Link Operations and Maintenance Facility, a critical regional asset that supports daily light rail service and long term fleet operations. The project included major facility upgrades, technology integration, and system coordination that met the strict standards of a public transit agency. Work was performed in an active institutional environment with careful attention to safety, continuity of operations, and multi-discipline coordination.
- Installed complete electrical distribution systems including feeders, switchboards, panelboards, grounding, and raceways.
- Delivered interior and exterior lighting and lighting control systems to support administrative, maintenance, and operational spaces.
- Built the full communications and technology backbone including structured cabling, fiber optic infrastructure, and data room components.
- Installed all electronic security systems including access control, CCTV, and supporting infrastructure.
- Delivered the complete fire alarm system including all devices, wiring, integration, and commissioning.
- Coordinated with Sound Transit operations, facility staff, and other project teams to maintain service continuity during construction.
Wastewater Treatment Facility Upgrade
Liberty Electric delivered the full electrical and systems upgrade package for the City of Toledo’s Wastewater Treatment Facility modernization project. The work supported critical process improvements, equipment replacements, and facility infrastructure upgrades that enhanced treatment reliability and operational efficiency. The project required tight coordination with city operations and continuous system availability while integrating new electrical, control, and safety systems into the existing plant environment.
- Installed new electrical distribution equipment including feeders, panelboards, motor controls, and equipment connections.
- Delivered power, controls, and wiring for process equipment upgrades throughout the treatment facility.
- Installed conduit, raceways, cable tray, and underground pathways to support new system requirements.
- Provided low voltage and control wiring for sensors, instrumentation, monitoring, and facility automation systems.
- Installed lighting, lighting controls, and emergency power provisions in upgraded areas.
- Coordinated shutdowns, cutovers, and sequencing with city operations to maintain plant continuity.
